Shubham Kumar was born February 14, 1997 ( age 24 years as of 2021) at katihar, Bihar. He feel proud his home district Bihar. He did his primary schooling at kumhari village. Katihar district Bihar. He study in Vidya vihar residential school Purnia. Bihar and his completed his class 10 in 2012. He did Engineering from IIT Mumbai.  
He had dream in becoming IAS. So cleared in UPSC two times. This was the third attempts in 2019. Shubham 
First time not clear the UPSC exm. But in the second time with the rank of 290th
and selected in the Indian Defence Account service. Shubham Third time attempts and got the first Rank in UPSC CSE 2020.
